Who turns up

You'll be dealing with Thamira

Thamira, founder of Noble Geeks

Not a call centre, not a rotating list of contractors. When you ring Noble Geeks, you get me — and I'm the one who turns up at your door, or connects to your screen.

I've worked in IT since 2015, most of it for other companies. Noble Geeks is my own — I started it in 2025 so I could do the job the way I always thought it should be done: one technician, plain English, no passing you around.

  • ✓ Police checked — I'm coming into your home, so you should be able to see that
  • ✓ Public liability and professional indemnity insurance
  • ✓ In IT since 2015, on my own since 2025

Where I draw the line

Windows PCs and laptops, plus Mac and Apple support

Windows PC and laptop repair is the core of the business — hardware and software both. I also support Mac, iPhone and iPad, but on the software side only.

If your PC or laptop needs a new screen, battery, drive or keyboard, that's exactly the kind of job I do every day. If it's a Mac, iPhone or iPad that needs opening up physically, that's the one thing I don't do — I'll tell you in the first minute, not after I've had a look and charged you for the privilege.

Software, setup and troubleshooting on a Mac or Apple device — that's all on the table. It's just the hardware side of Apple gear I leave to someone who specialises in it.

Where the name comes from

Noble Geeks

The name's a bit of a joke that stuck. The idea was that when your tech goes wrong, someone should turn up who actually knows what they're doing and doesn't make you feel silly for asking. That's the whole business, really.

Let's get it sorted

Book a time that suits you, or ring and describe the problem — happy to tell you over the phone whether it's something you can fix yourself.

No call-out fee · No fix, no fee
