Computer repairs
Hardware and software, sorted properly — at your desk or remotely. Windows PCs and laptops are the main focus, including part replacement; I also support Mac, iPhone and iPad, software side only.

Click the one that sounds closest — most of these are fixed the same day.
Screen, battery, keyboard or trackpad replacement on PCs and laptops.
Long boot times, apps that take forever to open, everything feels laggy.
Blue screens, apps quitting by themselves, needing a restart to get anything done.
Browser hijacked, strange pop-ups, or a scary warning you're not sure is real.
Stuck mid-update, won't update at all, or acting strange since the last one.
Drive or memory upgrades, or recovering a machine that won't start.
Forgotten login, account issues, or a machine that won't accept your password.
Something's gone missing, or you've never actually checked your backup works.
Being upfront
Screens, batteries, drives, memory, keyboards, power supplies — genuine part replacement, not just a diagnosis and a referral.
Cracked iPhone or Mac screens, battery swaps, liquid damage, logic boards — I don't open Apple devices up physically. I'll say so straight away and point you toward someone who does that work.
Remote or on-site?
Software problems can usually be fixed over a remote session the same day — often within the hour. Anything hardware needs me there in person.
The money bit
Remote from $110, on-site from $140 — both include GST, both come with no call-out fee, and if I can't fix it, you don't pay. Full pricing →
Yes — that's the main focus of this page. I also support Mac, iPhone and iPad, software side of things.
On a Windows PC or laptop, yes. On a Mac, iPhone or iPad, no — I don't do Apple hardware repairs, and I'll point you toward someone who does.
Sometimes the honest answer is no. If a repair isn't worth it, I'll tell you that plainly rather than charge you to find out the hard way.
Book a time that suits you, or ring and describe the problem — happy to tell you over the phone whether it's something you can fix yourself.
